How do I request a product review?

We appreciate product review requests! Email us at hello@creatorergo.com with product details. Please note we receive many requests and can only review products that fit our audience and testing capabilities. How does your affiliate program work?

We participate in affiliate programs with retailers like Amazon. When you purchase through our links, we earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Do you accept guest posts?

We rarely accept guest posts, but we're open to contributions from ergonomics experts, physical therapists, and experienced content creators. Email press@creatorergo.com with your topic proposal and writing samples. All guest content must meet our editorial standards and provide genuine value to our readers.

How long do you test products before reviewing?

We test products for a minimum of 2-4 weeks, but typically use them for 1-3 months in real-world scenarios. For chairs and desks, we may test for 6+ months to assess long-term comfort and durability. We don't publish quick "first impressions" - only comprehensive reviews after extensive testing.

Do you buy your own review products?

We purchase most products with our own money to ensure complete independence. Occasionally, manufacturers send products for review, which we disclose in the review. Whether purchased or provided, our testing process and honesty remain identical.

Do you publish sponsored reviews?

We rarely accept sponsored content, and when we do, it's clearly labeled as "Sponsored" or "Paid Partnership." We maintain full editorial control over all opinions expressed. We will never publish a positive review in exchange for payment - honesty is our policy regardless of sponsorship.

Why don't product prices match what I see on retailer sites?

Prices change frequently, and retailers often run sales or promotions. We update prices regularly, but the retailer's website shows the current price at the time of purchase. The price you see when clicking through is the accurate current price.

Our weekly newsletter includes new reviews, ergonomic tips, setup inspiration, and exclusive content. We respect your inbox - we only send relevant content, never spam. You can unsubscribe anytime with one click.

Can you recommend a product for my specific needs?

While we can't provide personalized recommendations for everyone, our reviews include "Perfect For" and "Not Ideal For" sections to help you self-assess. You can also browse by category or use our search function to find reviews matching your needs.

Do you review products available internationally?

We're based in the United States and primarily review products available in the US market. Many products we review are available internationally, but availability and pricing may vary. Check with your local retailers for international options.

Do you update reviews for newer product versions?

Yes! When manufacturers release updated versions, we either test the new version or add an update note to the original review indicating what's changed. Major updates get full new reviews.
